The
Air Jordan 3 (III) Retro+ - White / Dark Mocha were released in 2001 and retailed for $100. Although not as popular as the black / cement grey or the true blue colorways, these still sold very well. They feature a white leather upper with brown elephant skin, which is hard to see unless you are up close, as the brown colorway is very dark.? They also feature perforations around the ankle area and tongue of the shoe, allowing the foot to breathe.
The Air Jordan 3 (III) Retro - Flip (White / Chrome - Black) were a limited general release, and featured an interesting design. The nickname “Air Jordan 3 (III) Flip” stems from the fact the elephant print is not in its normal position, which is around the toe and on the back heel area unlike other Air Jordan 3 (III)’s. In stead, those portions feature a white color scheme, while the beige elephant print covers most of the shoe’s upper. These are really nice, and many sneakerheads were anxious to get their hands on a pair of these.
