The Air Jordan 23 (XXIII) - Premier (White / Titanium - University Blue) were released on January 25, 2008, and retailed for $230. They were a limited relese, with only 1,058 being released around the world. They feature a white leather and grey fabric upper, along with uniquely and specifically placed perforations along the toe and tongue which not only form an intricate design, but also act as a ventilation system, so that the bearer’s foot does not overheat. The side panels feature a unique design constructed from a blue and white color scheme. The tongue of the left and right are different for a first time with a Jumpman on the right shoe and “23″ on the left. Lastly what starts at the front of the shoe and extends the full length is a metallic,glossy panel that covers the midsole body of the sneaker. Performance wise, is it at the top of its game, consisting of the previously seen IPS (Independent Podular Suspension) system, as well as a carbon fiber plate which extends along the bottom the of sole which is said to be modeled after Michael Jordan’s thumb print.
